Ahwatukee, Arizona- Newborn Photographer {Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale Family Photography}

Welcome to the world baby Rexton! We are now a family of 6 and I am so proud and excited to announce this little guy’s arrival.  I may have been a little crazy to think I could photograph his newborn pictures myself, but I gave it a go.  Let me just say that being the photographer for your own baby is much harder than it looks.  I attempted over several different sessions with him and tried to keep things short and sweet.  While I had envisioned trying many different things with him, in the end I kept it basic  and love the pictures he gave me.  Out of my four children this one was the only one I photographed with posed shots and not just simple snapshots.  Thanks so much to his Grandma for knitting his cute little outfits months before his birth in preparation for these newborn pictures! I put my order in with her early on and am always amazed with the work she pulls off.  While I do have and use some knit hats and outfits in my studio collection for newborn sessions,  I always welcome the ideas of my clients and encourage them to bring props that make their session for personal.  I love that even though Grandma wasn’t able to be here, she was still a part of the pictures by sending out her creations for him to wear:)

I didn’t have really high hopes of getting the whole crew in the photos- but this is all of them! I didn’t get too many to choose from and they were literally only posing for less than a minute with me- but I manage to snap of few of the four of them.  Maybe as Rexton gets a little older I will attempt an image of the four of them again, but for now I’ll take what they give me:)
