Family and Child Photographer in the Phoenix Area

This beautiful child is one of my favorite muses.  And while he does not always love to get in front of the camera often, he will still do it at least  once a year.    Usually his photo session takes place right before the start of school and this year the new school year means second grade!

One of my all time favorite shoots of him was before the start of kindergarten.  You can see this “nerd” inspired session here (Be prepared to smile big at those throwback photos!)  And to see the more mature first grade shots you can look here in this desert inspired set. The location here was none other than Ahwatukee.  Being one of my top five favorite places for family photos, it’s clear why I seem to shot in this area so often.  This spot was just a simple neighborhood park that we walked over to just as the sun was setting.  While it doesn’t seem like much as you walk by, if you look closer you can really find some magical spots for pictures!
