Session Type

This family session was fun and laid back as mom and daughter went for a leisurely hike in Phoenix.  I tagged along and was able to get some great shots and natural interactions between the two of them laughing, hugging and enjoying each others company.  Even though this was a family session, I was able to get in some great child portraits in as well!  As with your family session, if you’d like a few shots of just the kids ( or maybe just mom and dad)  I can make sure to get those in for you too!  Check out more family sessions right here!

The Location

This is by far a super popular spot for family photos.  It is beautiful and versatile! Papago Park, near the Phoenix Zoo has so much opportunity for family or child pictures.  There is the red rock look of the hole in the rock, an open desert landscape and large lake with palm trees surrounding it.  There is a little hiking required at Papago Park, but nothing too tough.  See more family sessions taken at Papago Park right here!

Length

Photo sessions typically last about 60 minutes.  This includes any time to walk to different locations or to change clothing ( if desired).  Sessions are relaxed and easy going.  A 60 minute session generally yields around 30 images for you to select from in your basic package.  To see more information on the basic photo package and what is included you can read more here.
