First a story where we need to rewind quite a bit.  And I know, I know, this is going to show my age, but I think you can totally relate! (hear it above)

There are five strategies in this episode which will help you think a little differently and help you to train your brain to not always jump to the feeling of comparison.

I know that there are some of you out there right now that might be doing a little eye roll at me and I get it. It’s easy to say all of this motivating stuff it’s harder to actually implement it.

But, at least now you know. Now you have that in your brain so there is no excuse. It does take practice it does take time and it’s never a feeling that I think will completely be gone but it does get better. It does get easier and your work is going to get better too. I know it will.
