The Session: Family

Family photo session are a lot of fun because of the bond among family members, the different personalities and the fun connections and interactions with one another.  During family sessions, I try to incorporate many different groupings for your photos to give you variety.  I always try to capture a classic family pose with every one smiling and looking straight ahead, but I also try to evoke a little emotion through the session capturing love and laughter.  Family sessions typically also include some shots of your children alone, all the siblings together, the kids with mom and with just dad  and many times with no kids and just just mom and dad!  Take a look here for basic pricing packages!

The Location: South Mountain and Scorpion Gulch

This double desert location offers some pretty amazing views paired with a cool texture and uniqueness of old stone buildings.  There are desert landscapes, mountains, cactus and some neat old west architecture. Near Central Phoenix, South Mountain is the perfect location for family photographs.  It captures the beauty of Arizona and gives great variety to your gallery!  These are just a few of my favorites from this awesome spot.  There is so much variety this place has to offer, it’s  hard to pick only a few to feature!
