Sometimes this Phoenix heat is just a bit too much for us to handle.  It’s tough when your birthday falls in one of those summer months and your mom wants to make sure she gets your milestone pictures in.  So what did this little guy do?  Well, he requested Sedona for his two year old pictures! So off we traveled to try to beat the heat of Phoenix and tried cooling off in the northern parts of Sedona, AZ! Summer (Options for Outdoor Sessions)

Yup, you probably guessed it, this session was smack in the middle of the summer.  Not only did we head to Sedona, but we also tried to cool off by heading into the Creek to snap some cooler shots!  An option to those of you looking for portraits in the summer, but not able to travel north is to add water to your session! Shooting at a creek or lake can cool down your session.  Or think about shooting at a pool or splash pad!  Check out this maternity session where mom to be got right into the salt river!
