Phoenix Family and Child Photographer {Photography in Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Chandler and Surrounding Areas}

This was a super fun family session to photograph for so many reasons.  First of all, it was not a desert session!   Don’t get me wrong, I love the desert as a backdrop for photos, but I do a lot of desert family photography sessions here in Arizona.  For this session however, I was able to shoot in a fun , vintage setting with fall colors and cool buildings.  You wouldn’t guess it, but we were actually right in the middle of Downtown Phoenix!  Another reason I loved this particular family shoot was that I’ve known this young man when he was only three.  I was his preschool teacher back in the day ( which makes me suddenly feel really old by the way).  It’s so much fun to watch former students grown up.   Several years ago, I did do a desert session with them- check it out here. These kids were fun and so well behaved.  They listened to direction and were able to pull off some really fantastic photos with their mom and dad!  Here are some of my favorites, even though there were many more that I loved:)
