Location: Ahwatukee
While I shoot at locations all over the Phoenix area, this Ahwatukee location is one of my favorites. Hidden away at a small neighborhood park, this fantastic photo spot is a hidden gem with a low traffic desert walking path. The light is beautiful, the greenery and flowers change throughout the seasons and there is almost no one ever in sight! Interested? Time of Day
With most desert shoots here in Phoenix, I like to shoot about an hour before sunset. This is because the light will be the most flattering for your photos and make you look your best! There are of course exceptions and there are many places I shoot at the will provide great light no matter what time of day it is! If later in the day does not work well for you family, just ask for a list of locations, like this one here, that work well at all hours.
