Session Type: Maternity

This photo session was a family maternity session. Maternity sessions are most often times centered around the new mom to be, but in this case, it was a family affair.  If you are taking maternity pictures and you already have other children, include them in the session too! This session was taken at the Phoenician Resort near Scottsdale, Arizona.  It is a beautiful resort that offers a wide range of photo opportunities.  With the cactus garden path and a lush green waterfall park, this resort gives lots of variety for a photo shoot.  While a beautiful photo location, this resort requires an additional fee or must have a guest staying on their property in order to have your photos taken there.  There are many other pretty spots in the Scottsdale area too, if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Wardrobe

During your 1 hour photo session, you have the opportunity to change outfits as many times as you can fit in!  This mom opted for two different gowns to give a different look to her session.  Most of the time, if you would like to change clothing for your photo session, one additional outfit is an appropriate amount time wise.
